What do I need to start making pour-over coffee?

Start with a dripper, a matching paper filter, a cup or server, a kettle, and ground coffee. A scale and timer help you repeat a recipe. Our brew guide walks through a simple starting method.

Will any paper filter fit my dripper?

Filters come in different shapes and sizes. Match the filter to your dripper's model, shape, and capacity. If you are unsure, send us the product name or link and the brewer you use before ordering.

How do I choose a grinder?

Consider your brewing method, how much coffee you make at once, and the grinder's adjustment range. Espresso generally requires finer adjustments than pour-over. Check the specific model's listed capabilities rather than assuming every grinder suits every method.

What should I check before buying a kettle or server?

Check capacity, dimensions, materials, and compatibility with your setup. For electric equipment, check the voltage and plug type. For stovetop equipment, check the manufacturer's supported heat sources.

Using and caring for your tools

Are all coffee tools dishwasher-safe?

Care requirements depend on the material and product. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for your particular item; do not assume glass, coated parts, wooden handles, or grinder components can go in the dishwasher.

Shipping and returns

How long does an order take?

Allow 5–7 days for order processing, followed by an estimated 5–10 days in transit after dispatch to supported US destinations. These are separate time periods. Read our Shipping Policy for shipping charges, delays, and product-specific details.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping costs $10 USD per order to supported US destinations. The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Can I request a return?

You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused and meet the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.
